Join Us on October 24th, 2020 for the 3rd Annual Battle Born Trail Run in observation of Nevada Day.
Nevada (meaning “snow-capped mountains”) became the 36th state into the Union on October 31st, 1864.
This trail run is 3.6 miles and will be held on the trail courses at Cathedral Gorge State Park. Great scenery and views of the state park, Panaca valley, and Highland Peak. This year we have added another distance, 10.31 mi, for all you distance buffs.
Race entry includes custom race medal, custom race shirt, prize to top 3 overall winners in each distance, aid stations and finishing line with food and water.
The course will be held on the dirt trails at Cathedral Gorge. Course will be marked and is a bit challenging with the stairs to climb to Miller’s Point.
Race will be October 24th at 8:00 am.
Registration Fees For Both Distances:
12/1/19-12/31/19 – $25
1/1/20 – 8/31/20 – $40
9/1/20 – 10/22/20 – $45
Online registration closes on Oct 23rd @ noon.
Register by Oct 1st for guaranteed shirt or preferred size.
Check-in will be race morning 6:30-7:30 am.
*There will be a $5 fee per vehicle state park fee, please pile in one car if you can to save money.
Must pre-register for shirts by Oct 1st.
ADDING A 1 MILE RECYCLE KIDDO DASH! Registration is $10 and will receive a medal from previous RRA events, finish line food, and candy. Top 3 finishers will receive a medal! Parents or guardian must be present and parent must sign waiver when registering. Will start 10 minutes after main races.

Physical address of Cathedral Gorge State Park is 111 Cathedral Gorge State Park Rd, Panaca, Nv 89042. We will be commencing at the Group Use Area just off to the left of the main entrance road. The group use area is also the campsites for state park.
