Yesterday's Battle Born race was a success. The 3.6 mile top 3 finishers were; 1st place Chance Christensen, 2nd place Jacob Gally, and 3 rd place Sarah Somers. The I mile kids Dash top 3 finishers were; 1st place Emma Bleak, 2nd place Rylee Midgley, and 3rd place Wyatt Midgley. Congratulations to you all and thank you so much for coming out and supporting RRA. Big thanks to my volunteers and thanks to Cathedral Gorge State Park for allowing me to use your park and scenery. Can't wait till next year already 😉. Custom wood Finisher Medals engraved to look like 1983 Nv license plate...for sure cool! And the Top 3 Overallers get these super awesome custom trophies! Seriously, I'm so pleased again with WoodlandArt by Chris Terwilliger. He has helped so much in my vision of putting on races. I wanted wood awards but needed to find the right place and WoodlandArt is it. Thank you Chris Terwilliger!! Still time to register for BBTR 3.6 Miler and Kids 1 Mile Recycle Dash. Ordered a few extra shirts if wanting to register with shirt. Registration without shirt is an option. One week away, Oct 26th, Cathedral Gorge State Park Panaca Nevada, 8 am start! This is a 1 mile trail run held at Cathedral Gorge State Park. Course in on existing trails and flat. October 26th 2019 and will start 10 minutes after 3.6 mi race, 8:10am.
