Loncoln County Adventure Relay Overall relay team prize is in.... Red Matted Relay Batons! They look sharp. Medal design is in the works with WoodlandArt by Chris. He does some great work for my wood finishers medals. Be sure to get registered. Teams can be 3 to 5 people. LCAR will be 37 miles running through so much great scenery here in northeastern Lincoln County. I would love to see a team made from each town, Pioche, Panaca, Caliente, Alamo....maybe even a Mesquite and Logandale team! How about a Vegas team! Had 14 runners, some from Ely, Elko, Vegas, Locals, and my Favorite from St.George, 77 year old Waldo. I enjoyed every minute of putting this race on. The runners were awesome. The full moon was only out for about 40 minutes then it was covered by black clouds. It was a pitch black run. Would like to thank the runners and most of all the volunteers, thank you so so so much!! I would not be able to put on this race without you!! Results are posted on webscorer. Upcoming events are Horses Wild Joker 28k Run & 30k Duathlon, September 28th. This race is a 2 person relay or tackle it solo. Find a running or mountain bike buddy and sign up also play some poker as you compete. Battle Born Trail Run, 3.6 miles (maybe 10.31), October 26th at Cathedral Gorge. This is a challenging but fun race. I promise you will love it. Jan 2020 - Little Big Dog Trail Run at Kershaw-Ryan State Park. Run with your favorite running canine pal.
